What We Do

HOPE assists children, young adults and their families meet their social and health needs through several key programs and projects available.

In keeping with our mission, we believe in celebrating life and encouraging those affected by SCD and their families to remain hopeful. Our efforts are made possible through the generosity of caring individuals, corporations and foundations across the Country.

Hope provides free medication to victims considered as vulnerable. And as per now over 79 children are under our care throughout the country.

The foundation provides family support through counselling and rehabilitation

Hope give grants and donations to children and families affected by SCD and over 35 families have benefited in this project

Aawareness and sensitization campaigns in schools, hospitals, religious institutions and local communities by word of mouth, house parties conferences, publications, posters, interviews, internet, television and personal conversation or otherwise.

About us

Hope for Sickle cell Foundation Uganda is a registered Organization with the overall aim of bringing hope to people affected with Sickle cells- the Warriors.
